HEART PROBLEMS?

Okay so I've been to the doctor over thinking I'm having a heart attack. I realise now that I haven't had a heartattack (keep in mind I'm 16). However I still think there's something wrong with my heart. I go numb in my arms and legs even when I'm not anxious. I feel like I'm going to pass out a lot especially when I exercise.

Do you have a family history of heart problems? When I was about 19 I started having severe chest pains, numbness in my left arm, transient paralysis in the left arm. Thought I was having a heart attack too (I have a family history of heart attacks). Turns our that my anxiety was inducing an inflammatory reaction in my chest. Basically I now have arthritis in my chest which can lock up my arms/back/neck. It only flares up when my anxiety is out of wacky. I also have muscle weakness and dizziness/lightheadedness when having an attack. Have things improved for you?
