I have been going back up to 1 mg of klonopin. today I took it in the morning and just 5 minutes ago I was woken up with a sharp pain by my heart and now I'm all worried. i was fine all day and now I'm focusing on my breathing again. is this normal ?

I had terrible symptoms on Klonopin. Please be very careful taking this medication. It will work at first, but over time you will need more and more. Then when you decide to come off, you will withdrawal. This med is really meant for short periods.

Personally I'd leave Klonopin well alone.

There are drugs that do not have such awful side effects and will help.

Speak to your Dr about getting something more up to date.

Good luck 🌻
