I have been ill since last Friday and really worried been to the doctor he said there nothing to worry about I've been getting pain in my left arm chest and under my breast and arm pit witch some times goes round to my shoulder I had an ecg done yesterday on my heart and it come back fine

The pains I get I think its a build up to a heart attack and I'm just waiting for it to happen I have had this on and for for about 8 months now I do find intends to get worse around the time I'm due on

I am a smoker I know that doesn't help

Could it be gallstones? I thought i was having a heart attack every time i had an attack.
