weird feeling of something stuck in throat

I have this feeling of something being stuck in my throat and I have to cough to clear it up. Also I've had a viral infection since Saturday and I think this is the end of it.

Yeah, its either the end of you being sick and/or anxiety. You'll be okay and Hopefully you feel better soon. My throat has been sore like I'm sick but I think its just stress or anxiety. Its so annoying. Or maybe I am sick haha

I went to the doctors as my throat was so sore and kept feeling I had lumps my doctor said I had a viral infection in so scared with it... Hope you feel better soon
