I'm thinking of have the b12 injection as my fatigue levels are crippling me. I'm not deficient but on the lower end of the numbers. So I thought this may make a little difference. Only thing that's concern me is I have this seizure, movement disorder going on. I know movement disorders are triggered from overactivity of dopamine and then I have read b12 injection has some sort of dopamine affect. So I'm wondering if the b12 injection could make me worse

Perhaps you need to pinpoint what’s causing your fatigue though. You say your B12 is lowish, what about Folate? I recently found my B12 was not bad but my Folate was deficient and I had bad fatigue. I have been supplementing with a good BComplex and that has started to help.
Also have you had your Thyroid tested? You need a FT4 and FT3 to know what’s going on as if it’s low that can cause fatigue too.
As far as B12 and Dopamine you should ask your Doctor.
I have lost the minor twitches (irritating none the less), and extreme fatigue I had, by having B12 injections, alongside that I take in the morning a carefully dosed pill of B complex with Folate in it, as the B12 does require a decent folate supply to work properly, also my Thyroid is running better than it was and my levels of iron and D are good, it all helps with fatigue and for me, also, sleep.
