Anyone else on anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy? I take warfarin and Brilinta both and just had an outrageous bloody nose that landed me in the hospital on Saturday. I'm still so weak and dizzy 5 days later. Anyone else struggle with those?
Thanks!

It does happen with some people sometimes, I had one but many many years ago. Have you got the GP to test your Iron lately, if you have had heavy blood loss it would be a good idea, also to check your D and B12 at the same time. Are you due to see your main Hughes Syndrome/APS consultant? It would be an idea to check in with them, unless you saw them in the hospital. MaryF
I had just been to see my hematologist five days before and I do have iron deficiency anemia as well. First I am having an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy to look for occult bleeding. If nothing turns up then she said I may need IV iron infusions. I no longer have an APS provider. My hematologist is the closest I have. Nobody helps manage my symptoms anymore. Kinda on my own until I find someone assuming I do. ;(
