I'm sorry about your losses. I have had tragedy followed by healthy children so please don't give up hope.
I had 3 miscarriages, then my beautiful girl did not grow properly and was born prematurely and died aged 6 weeks. I was not tested for APS during this. I was subsequently put on aspirin due to my problems and had a healthy girl followed by a healthy boy. The aspirin no doubt saved them both. I then had another baby but was advised not to take aspirin and I had a placental abruption at 33 weeks - thankfully after a rough start my little girl survived.
I wasn't diagnosed with APS until 6 years later when I had a spinal stroke and two TIAs.
You are certainly on the right treatment and it's best to know so you can be well looked after.
My daughter lost her first baby at 23 weeks due to Hellp Syndrome and was subsequently diagnosed with APS. She is now at 28 weeks pregnant with her baby weighing at 2.7 pounds! All is going very well and I pray it continues. She was started on baby aspirin prior to getting pregnant. Once her pregnancy test came back positive (2-3 weeks pregnant), Heparin was added to her daily routine. She had very high levels of Lupus Anticoagulant and was triple positive. Baby is testing 8/8 for skills he needs to do :). She goes to Dr. twice weekly for monitoring and blood work. Scary time but they are keeping a close eye on her. We had great relief when she got past 24 weeks! She'll be 29 weeks tomorrow, no signs of preeclampsia. There is hope!
