Do you find a difference in PVCs when inactive vs active?

Asking for other's experience here. Having frequent PVCs after AFIB ablation 4 months ago. Mornings seem better when moving around, but when I sit down in early afternoon they really ramp up and stay that was until bedtime. Been through 8 different drugs, currently Eliquis and BB Acebutolol. Thanks!

Hi there. I found my PVCs disappeared with exercise which is apparently a common finding. They were 22% of bests otherwise. I’m now on Flecainide plus small dose of Bisoprolol and I don’t have the PVCs anymore. Hope this helps😊

Thanks! Did you experience any rough side effects from flecanide? Reviews from users seem to love it or hate it.

Hiya As far as I’m aware I don’t have any side effects. I feel lucky that my Cardiologist suggested it when Bisoprolol on its own didn’t work at all despite increasing doses. Hope you find something that works for you🤞

Also ref exercise I was told that when your heart rate increases the PVCs basically don’t have time to intrude for most people

one thought, when you are moving around you are busy and don’t notice the PVCs. When you are sitting or in bed you can notice them more.

I do feel PVCs if they happen while moving around, just seems less. I would def agree that I am more attuned when sitting and try to distract myself with games, needle work, etc. Try not to not to dwell on them. Thanks!
