I guess if you have less than 10% of the overall heart beats as ectopics or PVCS, then that's benign
I know people who have 10,000/20,000 a day and they are still okay
Mine get painful(at the extra beat) when I'm especially underslept or stressed
When I'm calm and don't think about them, they go away
It's also possibly a vagul thing, When I work hard, don't eat for long periods, not even a healthy meal, acid builds up and that irritates the vagus nerve, and there it goes firing off off sync/off rhythm extra beats with sharp pain
Anyone else get this sensation?

Thanks I don't do doctors. I've been doctor free for 30 years and did a blood test and more healthy than people I know with regular meds/doc visits. Also Dr Sanjay Gupta, the #1 resource online for ectopics, afib said pain is common with ectopics in many people, If it's a dull or radiatin gpain, and that increases with activity than it's heart related. Otherwise, no biggie and prob just stress as I said. Thanks for your advice though.
Ectopic beats are common, and in most people with no other known heart condition they are harmless. However, if you are experiencing pain it may be wise to approach your doctor for a further investigation.
