POTS UK (an affiliate of STARS) has initiated a new survey to obtain updated information about access to healthcare for people with PoTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). The survey is open to all patients with diagnosed or suspected PoTS or parents/carers of children with PoTS/suspected PoTS. It takes around 10 minutes to complete.
Please note:
- By completing the survey, you consent to the survey's results being used and shared to inform responses to the government and NHS
- There are separate surveys for each devolved nation so the researchers can analyse responses for each constituency and ICB/health board
- If applicable, please complete a separate survey for each individual (e.g. one for yourself and one for your child)
