Would be healthier without the bun and the sauce.
Life is healthier, without pleasure, taste, or indulgence. But it's so dull !It came it at 613 cals all in, I've lost 11kg since Oct and plan on losing another 10kg by the end of summer.
I'm doing ok losing weight slowly and will continue with my plan, my whole cal intake for the day was less than 1300 and my food, was wholesome and tasty.
I don't fit into hair shirts very comfortably, so I'll carry on as I am.
