Since today is National Lox and Bagel Day, I had a gluten free bagel with cream cheese and lox/salmon with butternut squash and a peach Greek yogurt for dinner and dessert tonight. Everything was delicious. The entire meal was 73 total carbs. with the yogurt. Here’s a picture of dinner.
