This one is just 2 large mushrooms, steps removed and stems chopped up into little pieces. A couple of other mushrooms all cut up into little pieces add to a bowl. Add some zucchini, some thyme, some chives, some garlic, rosemary, chili and mix.
Add to a fry pan with some actual butter. Stir fry for 4 minutes then top the mixture onto the raw large mushrooms. You can add some mozzarella cheese if you want and then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
