I started to eat Healthy And do fitness everyday. I have never do this continuisly And i could not losse my weight achieved my goal. My weakness is because of my friend or someone i change my life style directly. I start to eat unhealthy. I do want to do this after. Or Because of stress i do not continue. I do not want to be in the same situation again with your help And motivation. I want to loose 5 kilo to 10
