For lunch today, I had an omelet that was made with liquid eggs, Munster cheese, Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese. I also had a small glass of Vegan Eggnog and a Greek yogurt (Key Lime Blended) on the side. The entire meal was really good and also was low carb. high protein. The entire amount of carbs. for lunch was 31. It was a nice and warm meal for a cool temperature day.

I like a mixture of cheeses quite often Leah. I like cheddar always and for extra flavour love a little blue cheese - one of the softer, milder ones, and also garlic and herb cream cheese just cut into little chunks and dropped in. But to be honest, I'm happy to grate up whatever is lurking around the fridge! ππ
