Hi everyone,
For my lunch today, I had: 4 Mixed Cheese Blend/Shredded, black beans, mild chunky salsa, gluten free tortillas and a Greek Pineapple on the bottom yogurt with iced tea. This was all from last night's dinner as leftovers for this afternoon/today. The entire meal was: 43 carbs. and I really enjoyed it. It was low carb. and extra protein, so I don't feel hungry too early before tonight.
For dinner tonight, we will have: hamburgers ( Vegan/Vegetarian), watermelon, ice cream, coleslaw and diet peach iced tea. Not sure, yet of the carb. count, but when I figure it out later, I will let you know.
