Good afternoon/evening everyone. This is what I had for lunch today. Some of my lunch was from last night's dinner as leftovers.
Today's lunch was: 2 tortillas, shredded cheese, Guacamole salsa, chunky tomato and vegetable salsa, black beans and a peach Greek yogurt. The entire meal was 60 carbs.. Everything was really good and had lots of protein in the meal itself. Both salsas were mild.
