Today for lunch, I had a cheese sandwich with: yellow mustard, gluten free bread, Muenster, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, Greek blueberry yogurt and some popcorn. Everything was really good and I enjoyed it. The entire meal was 55 total carbs..
