Hi everyone, kale is one of the healthiest foods that we can eat apparently and today I bought some lovely fresh local kale with some local baby potatoes that I cooked in their skin for dinner tonight.
First I sautéed diced onion until tender then added gram flour and water with the green lentils ginger sweet chilli cumin coriander and left to cook gently. And I enjoyed it.
Looks good Jerry, we are having salmon,baby potatoes with spinach stirred through (had this first in Croatia and loved it) and Tony's home grown carrots.
That’s looks so good. The market garden sells produce in the supermarket here, and there’s lots of kale, both the green kale and cavalo nero. I do love kale 😋
