My lunch today was: cottage cheese, cut up apple (red), green grapes, raspberries, black berries and a raspberry Greek yogurt. Everything was really good and the meal had 68 total carbs.. This hopefully will keep me from needing a small snack later this afternoon before 5 pm.

Thank you, Hidden! One of my favorite Greek yogurt flavors is raspberry and I also like adding apples to my cottage cheese and fruit salad when it's possible. The grapes today were nice and medium sized. Haven't had that size in a while, so that was great to see.
