This is what I made for dinner tonight, itโs a hot pot with green lentils, they look brown! First I made a stock with a little gram flour dissolved in cold water with low salt bouillon yeast extract and a little hot chilli sauce to give it extra bite, then added enough water to cover the lentils and vegetables with slices of potato on top left to slow bake in my oven.
I love crispy potatoes cooked like this so with everything else it was all very amicable and Iโve enough for another day. ๐
