Tomato and Olive Flan,

Hi everyone,

I baked this for dinner tonight with some roast potatoes veggies and a gravy with caramelised diced onion thickened with gram flour sweet chilli sauce and a little water from the cooked veg. Unfortunately pouring the gravy on has made the flan collapse but thats gf pastry for you.

I really like these flans as they are organic gluten free and vegan, so I keep some in my freezer so a nice easy meal.

At first, I thought it was steak but flan it is. Never tried it but it looks tasty with its side veggies
