Here's what I had for dinner tonight its an olive and lentil pie which I had with roasted new potatoes in their skins and some onions and vegetables in a gravy which I make by sautéing the diced onion then add a little gram flour and add some water with the veg which were in my freezer as was the pie.
And I enjoyed it very much and on that happy note I hope that you enjoy the rest of your day. 😊

Hi Jerry, Thank you for sharing your dinner with us in HE as your meals represent health consciousness and very delicious. 😋👍
I’m actually thinking what’s for dinner tonight. I never made pie and your lentil pie looks scrumptious. I’ll have to look it up how to make it. Time to branch out to pie making now. 😁
You have a good rest of Sunday as well. 😊🙏🌺

Thank you Koko I bought the pie in my whole food shop so it was an easy dinner. 😊
That looks really nice Jerry and the olive and lentil pie sounds very interesting. It isn't something I've heard of before - did you make it? I ask because I like olives and lentils but have never had them together in a pie.
Oh fabulous, I haven't had a Clives Pie for well over a year now. The only place I can buy them from is charging more for one pie than when they used to sell two together
Your dinner looks and sounds really delicious. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Do you have leftovers for the next few days?
Instead of waiting for tomorrow lunch time to have the leftover quiche, I'm having that, again tonight instead and have a side salad with it. Not too sure what else is on the menu so far, but I'll let everyone know when the time comes.
So yummy looking Jerry and I'm sure was absolutely delicious. I've never tried olives with lentils. Is there a recipe or was this a commercially prepared pie? It sounds intriguing! Edit: Ignore the last Jerry as I've just read that it was a 'Clive's Pie'. Definitely going to hunt one of those down!
