Dear all,

The grass, and borders, are absolutely covered in beautiful Cherry Plums... yes the Tree is in Full Fruit. I have been making Smoothies.... today's one was Tinned Mango (I don't have fresh), fresh raspberries, cream, apple juice, natural yogurt and Canadian maple syrup- along with 'many' cherry plums (deseeded). I simply put the Washed ingredients into a Large plastic Jug and used my Stick Blender. I left the 'mixture' a Little Coase, to add Texture.

I have 'a lot' of Fruit remaining- without even 'picking' more- I think I'll make another Smoothie for Breakfast.πŸ˜‹

It's always satisfying to be able to use home grown fruit or veg!

Sounds good Andrew. I've recently discovered that you can get freshly frozen mango in the supermarkets.
