All roughly to taste -

1 whole mango ๐Ÿฅญ

3 golden kiwis ๐Ÿฅ

1 banana ๐ŸŒ

2 splashes of pineapple juice ๐Ÿ

Blend the fruit into a purรฉe, combine with the juice ๐Ÿน๐Ÿน๐Ÿน๐Ÿ˜‹

Yeah, was yum ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm trying to transition on to 5:2 and fast 2 days a week, so I'm having smoothies as meal replacement 2 days a week until I move on to fasting the day. It's very filling

Too much sugar for me. With PCOS I usually do 1 fruit to 3 or 4 veg. Or 2 to 3. Looks lovely though.

Ahh, Sorry to hear.

I love my sweet stuff and am barely eating any processed sugar at the moment. It is super healthy and packed full of goodness so maybe this post would be best suited to help someone who struggles with a lot of processed sugar in their diet.
