I did some baking today,
and that made me feel a lot better. I made apple fries! I got this recipe from Pinterest, via Amy Roskelley. You coat the apple slices in graham cracker crumbs, and cinnamon sugar. I used avocado oil to get everything to stick, as a healthy cooking addition. I baked them in my air fryer for about five minutes. They came out so delicious. The entire kitchen smelled like apple pie. And each slice tastes just like a pie. Highly recommended and would make them again
