Here's an apple slice that I made with plain gf flour and I used coconut sugar to sweeten it as coconut sugar helps to feed probiotics. It also gives a lovely brown colour.
I added raisins, chia seeds and cinnamon to the apple. Then, I coated it in flaked almonds which I really like and they give it a nutritional punch...well that's my story...
This looks fantastic, Hidden ! As soon as I have a few days to try and do this as a nice idea for an after dinner treat, I will do it! Great idea and picture, as well.
