Hi everyone,
Hereβs what I made for dinner tonight itβs purple cabbage chunks of new potato in their skin with diced red onions thoroughly mixed and then baked.
I had it with cauliflower and broccoli with a sauce made with a table spoon of gram flour mixed with cold water topped up with stock low salt bouillon yeast extract and cayenne pepper. Gram flour is gluten free and great for sauces and gravies.
The vegetables are locally grown bought fresh this morning and in paper bags from my local veg shop and I had a pleasant walk at the same time.
And now Iβve had a very pleasant dinner.
