Hi everyone, this is what I made for dinner tonight its cooked red cabbage diced onion spinach green lentils and mashed potatoes with strong vintage cheddar cheese mixed with it and a little grated on top then baked until the top was nice and gold.
I was going to make a bubble and squeak with red cabbage and mash but added extras. It was a nice filling meal too.
You're welcome, Hidden ! It's good to hear that it doesn't take too long to prepare and that there's some leftovers for another meal, too. That's one of my favorite things, so there's no rushing to get ready for another meal/day or evening.
