It’s so simple, just 5 mins prep and no baking requirement. All you need is your favorite mug and a microwave. You like what you hear so far? 😉
Okay now use your measuring cup:
1. One egg/vegan egg.
2. Two tbsp of almond flour.
3. One-two tbsp of maple syrup (up to you how sweet you want).
4. One tsp of coconut oil and vanilla extract.
5. Two tbsp of cacao powder.
Stir well in your mug and microwave for 1-2 minutes (Mine was 1min and 10 sec). I love to have with strawberries and crushed hazelnuts. Voila! You just made yourself a yummy chocolate mug cake. 😋❤️
*For Carbohydrates concern, I’ll include my exact calculation: One egg is 0.6g, 1 tsp of coconut oil is 0.6g, 1 tsp vanilla extract is 0.5g and 1 tbsp maple syrup is 13g, cacao is 20g carbs, almond is 4.8g. Total will be 39.5g carbs.
If you want extra savory, you can add 1 tbsp of chocolate chips (I love dark chocolate so you can see it’s very dark almost black) which is 8g carbs. So the maximum carbs will be 47.5g😁👍
