Hi everyone. This is what I had for dinner tonight. It has 46 carbs. for the entire meal. The Waldorf Salad was done with my Niece’s help after lunch as cooking Thursday. The salmon patties are made with almond flour, liquid egg whites, and yellow mustard. The pea salad had fake bacon bits mixed in with mayonnaise. The Waldorf salad had Greek vanilla yogurt, apples, walnuts and raisins. Everything was really delicious and filling. We will have the leftover salmon patties for lunch Saturday.
