Zapatista grown in Chiapas, Mexico organic coffee One of my neighbors sources and roasts his own coffee.
He recently introduced our community to this coffee. It’s delicious.
But, it's still coffee ...It's organically grown. We have local natural spring water for brewing.
So that makes it healthy..... ? Right?

Oh that's a shame. I can sometimes have a caffinated coffee but only with one shot. But I can't drink caffinated tea at all.

Pretty much anything is bad if you over indulge. You can drown yourself drinking too much water. Caffeine in coffee isn’t bad for you in small amounts in fact it can be good for you. My coffee time is the most relaxing time of the day when I do nothing else except listen to a podcast or read. That seems pretty healthy! There is a reason this drink has been around for a millennia and on nearly every continent. Wars have been ended over coffee. Wars have begun over alcohol
