Tuna without a can opener

Sara_2611 was saying she couldn't have tuna any more because she couldn't open the cans. I found these at sainsburys, but I am sure they will be elsewhere too.

They have foil lids, which should be easy to open, or could be pierced with a fork or even a spoon.

There were quite a few options, but only one brand seemed to use this sort of packaging.

Edited because I somehow confused sardine and tuna cans 😕

I can't remember where or when I bought this, but I use it whenever I need to open a ring pull.

I've never seen a pull ring on a tin of tuna, I must be using a different brand.I've recently had the foil ones though and that was so much easier.

Yeah, you are right. I meant can openers. Oops.

(I did suggest an electric one, actually)

There a good online shop for mobility aids but I suspect it would go against guidelines to name it so if anyone wants to know it, PM me. Or the NRAS (Arthritis group) have some brilliant ideas and will help anyone, not just those with arthritis.

The "salads", which mostly include some pasta, even come with a fork.
