Hi everyone,
As it’s the sugar challenge and I like savoury snacks so made these muffins with gluten free flour ground almonds butter eggs and cheese. So nice and wholesome.
It also shows how easy it is to make alternatives that are still enjoyable.
I hope those taking part in the sugar challenge are benefiting from it.

My favorite cheese is Muenster and Swiss. My other favorite is Provolone for certain meals.
Mines strong cheddar but I like soft cheeses a lot too. 😊
I like Cheddar, but it has to be triple/mild/regular. It depends on what we have with it, too.
