This macaroni and cheese is what we are going to be having for dinner tonight. It’s gluten free and my Niece helped cook it for my dinner for later. The leftovers will be for lunch tomorrow.😀👍🌈

Thank you, Hidden ! When it came out of the oven after cooking, the cheese on top of the cream cheese that got used got nice and crispy brown. Never saw it do that before when I did this a few times ago, so that's a nice surprise and one good reason to take a picture!
In a few weeks, we will have to cook more gluten free cookies and brownies!

The bows are made from corn! Thank you! We are having some again today for lunch with some tuna and fake bacon bits mixed in.

We add in cheddar cheese, cream cheese and colby jack, milk (with fat in it) and the elbows. Put it in an oven and cook for 30 min.-1 hour. Then, mix everything up in the pan and put in the refrigerator to cool. Warm up each piece in a microwave/oven for 1 minute before eating ( if 30 seconds doesn't warm it up enough the first time).

Yes, absolutely. For some reason I am now eating small amounts. Example, soup given yesterday, lasted 2 days worth. Today corn on cob, interestingly, they boil with husk on. I was not familiar with that. Then if sitting, it can be microwaved to re-heat. Unique to me, just wonderful family

No, but trying to stay away from too much salt/sugars thank you for asking that-so I am in for healthy, small portions ( can really-heat) and soups

It’s not an allergy but for whatever reasons , peppers, onions I remove if on my plate. Thank You for being specific
It’s not a worry. I don’t use peppers in a lot of my meals unless it’s stuffed peppers or in some salads. But, you can always leave them out of the salad if you see something you like. We change some recipes for what we like/don’t want.😀👍🌈
