Hi everyone,
Hereβs what I made for dinner tonight with carrots parsnips leeks onion garlic garden peas and peppers, I had lots of baby carrots so mashed some and mixed with a little cold water a tablespoon of gram flour to thicken low salt bouillon chilli black pepper and celery salt. I had it with quinoa and red lentils cooked together.
This is gluten free and plant based and itβs nice and healthy I think.
