Fitness would generally depend on what exercise you do and what time of day you do it?If you workout and lift weights in the morning, it would be better to focus on a higher protein breakfast afterwards to support muscle repair.

If you don't workout in the morning, you may prefer less protein and higher fibre.

Many would say the way to get (or stay) slim or fit is to Intermittently Fast (IF) and many think of IF as "missing breakfast" - so, some would argue that it is best not to eat in the morning!I do not eat cereal (let alone processed carbs) but I do eat cereal-free, gluten-free "Eat Natural Buckwheat Muesli" with cream, yoghurt, two bananas and an orange for breakfast.

This is a high-calorie (and medium-carb) breakfast - but I have had to increase my energy intake to maintain my target weight... and I eat a small lunch... and I do not eat in the evening (I fast more than 20 hours almost every day).

I could make my own Keto Muesli - but I cannot be bothered.

My ideal (One-Meal-A-Day (OMAD)) breakfast would be:

Keto Muesli with Yoghurt, berries and cream

Kippers or some other type of fish

Traditional cooked breakfast: bacon, eggs etc.
