Struggling with eating habits and no motivation to exercise

Any help needed, struggling with weight loss, motivation, lack of exercise, lazy, self sabotage and struggle to stick to things! Anyone else had this problem or know how to change eating habits and fitness please, I need it

Hello Ineedtolose firstly welcome to the human race so please don’t beat yourself up as all this will do is exacerbate your desire to comfort eat.In my opinion you need to change your relationship with food and here’s a link about this, please see:

Before you start a weight loss regime you want to make sure that your body is well nourished as lots of people who are over weight are over fed and undernourished due to processed and convenience food.

You also have to take responsibility and realise that comfort eating is really uncomfortable eating as it’s making you unhappy and over weight and remind yourself of this to break this self destructive lifestyle.

If you eat well and have adequate exercise this is the recipe for well being and happiness.

I’d try and eat as healthy a diet that you can with smaller portions and could this with exercise as exercise makes us feel good and it’s taking the firs step. And you have taken the first step by telling us this which should be empowering.

So I’d take things one day and one meal at a time and we will cheer you on in achieving your goals.
