I've been remembering to wear my watch and collect my stats so today I wanted a few things from the shops so a walk was nice and in the afternoon I went for a walk in the woods just for a change LOL. I take my car if I want lots of things otherwise the exercise makes me feel so good. I also got a bit run down so am building myself back up, well that's the plan...
I walked a total of 6.6 miles took 13722 steps and burnt off approx 1100 calories av heart beat 85bpm min-59 max-139 as I went up a very steep hill in the woods. I'm 5'10 136lbs 19.6 BMI
I guess my goal for the week is to get healthier. π
