Hey do you know what causes it?
No I don't, do you think it is a result of my diet?
It would be best to ask a doctor first just to make sure it’s not a medical condition.
Ageing? 🤣
Honestly Michael you do not look wrinkled at all. Boots will sell you all sorts of creams for dry skin & sunscreen.
Hi Michaelarinze64
Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. I haven't got any suggestions beyond what has already been said - but I wondered what you meant by 'ND'?
Zest
Please can you share the YouTube link ,that might be helpful
Good afternoon,
I can't help with wrinkled skin but I know from experience very low Vitamin D levels result in very dry skin and if it gets left it gets very sore and painful. You could ask your GP if he will test your Vitamin D levels.
Best wishes

hello there i just wanted to tell you that wrinkled skin can simply be genetic, you could live an extremely healthy life style but still end up with wrinkled skin in your late teens or early 20's because of your genetic disposition. Alot of people have this so its normal ,but also your diet could play a factor. eating to many simple carbs like sugar can speed up the aging process in your skin by breaking down access collagen, so if you do eat a lot of sugary foods i suggest that you tone it down a little.

Agreed. A while back, I met up with some people I'd been at school with. We would have all been in our mid-30s. They looked absolutely awful : ten years older than their chronological age, bad skin, and seriously overweight. None of them had ever been careful with their diet, subsisting mostly on the usual rubbish (pasta meals, noodles, Coke, sweets, etc). I'm pretty sure that had a lot to do with it.
Having said that, it could be a genetic thing, Michaelarinze64 . I have dark skin and I just fall to pieces in the British winter - dry, cracked, painful skin. Moisturizers and oils didn't help much. I had to leave the country to see any permanent improvement.
