Hi, I don't think it is lactose intolerance because I suffer from same thing. Whenever I have anything with cream I feel sick. So I just avoid it but when I have dairy without cream I am fine. Its cream that doesn't agree with some. Instead of cream I add milk to my food. If adding milk makes you sick, then maybe it's lactose intolerance. I too had a scare of lactose intolerance and it disappeared after a few weeks, sometimes it is just one of ... After all we are humans.

Are you sure that you're actually intolerant to the lactose in dairy, or could it be casein intolerance? If it's casein intolerance then goats milk could be a solution.

It may just be the amount of cream that was the problem. I can tolerate a small amount of cream, but have to make sure not to have too much dairy in one day. You could try taking lactase tablets to help your body digest a meal containing a high amount of lactose.

Hi there, I too suffer from lactose intolerance but I have never had a headache whilst suffering? I switched to lactose free dairy and cheese yoghurts etc and I am managing great now. I also deliberately avoid.normal dairy when I can.
