I normally fast for 40 hrs a week but! I’ve been digging out for a pond 50x20 ft & hauling the dirt/sand anything up to 130yds, so I gave myself an excuse to stop fasting, bad idea lol.
Got up Monday morning & jumped on the scales, 186 & I’m 5,10 OVERWEIGHT!!!!
So that was it, no soup for you ( Seinfeld ) so I’m on day 5 & at 178.6, still digging the pond, putting a concrete base down for a greenhouse, more digging out & putting in a veggie garden, more digging out.
I do sip on an home made electrolytes made from, lemon juice,salt, a little honey, ginger & water.
I also take magnesium taurate & nattokinase because of my history of Atrial fibrillation
Feel like I could go on endlessly but I do want to get my greenhouse up before we get a frost!
Update, ended up doing 10.5 days, lost 12 pounds, ended fasting yesterday & felt fine but today, no energy at all, less than when I was fasting, I have experienced this before & hope tomorrow I’m back to normal!
