Eating Healthy
Modern Britain has some funny ideas about diet - for example, there's nothing healthy about forcing yourself to eat small amounts. This will just drive you slowly crazy (and make you fat).
You need to eat whatever your appetite demands. Not more, not less. The trick, though, is to make sure you're eating proper food. Unfortunately the typical British diet involves a mountain of stodge with some sauce on top. Avoid this. Eat vegetables, meat, eggs and dairy. Mostly veg, with other things in whatever proportions you want. Learn nice ways of cooking them. Don't buy "low fat" fake foods, which are full of sugar and chemicals, and don't trim the fat off things which are supposed to have fat on them. If you eat this way, you'll find that your appetite tells you when enough is enough.
I am trying-after a gastric ulcer somewhere in my 50’s missed for 9 months by a top gastroenterologist, I was really sick, trying to work. Another gastroenterologist, after seeing that chief, waited 9 months to repeat the endoscopy. Sure enough, she found what he missed. Standard treatment. However, I could have, but don’t sue Drs. So at present I have lost, 35 pounds in a year. I found a report a year ago, stating gallstones in lumen of gallbladder. I have to address with Dr. Why do I have to interpret reports? So, I have no idea, Hope is not something real bad like my dad had. Have to force myself to eat-hence small portions. Dr soon. Thank you
