Hi! i’m 18 years old with high blood pressure, runs on both sides of my family,,and i’ve been on a low sodium diet but it’s not fulfilling, i will eat one bowl of cereal for breakfast. a cup of apple sauce for lunch, only drink water and then call it a day, i’m not getting enough food, but i feel like everything has so much sodium in it i feel like i’m not allowed to eat anything, does anyone have any tips on how to properly have a low sodium diet and still eat food normally?
