A simple easy one pot using frozen Peppers any spice blend or paste for a sauce and tin tomatoes.. Tin of Coconut Milk and Tinned Chickpeas..
Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks frozen or fresh use three per person.
Onions, fresh or frozen. One cup.
Spice paste your favourite or even sauce be fine.. One cup.
Tin tomatoes plum chopped or use Passata. Half tin
Frozen Peppers a cup or use fresh diced mini ones fine here.. One cup .
Tin chickpeas drained..Half tin..
Coconut milk use top half thicker use a spoonful..
Method
Need blender add Onions,Peppers, Tomatoes, Spice paste, water, blitz add portion of Coconut milk blitz again...
Chicken drumsticks seal oven 200 degrees fan or adjust roasting tin cover tin foil for ten minutes and add to
Slow Cooker along with sauce portion.
Tip pour any sauces blender in to a bowl then ladle in might need all.
Any left fridge or freezer zip bags clip or soup bags.
Switch on low four to six hours Slow Cooker last hour add Chickpeas.
