Easy to do just some planning and organising.

If wishing to make a spice blend or paste look on line to do or my personal cheat.

Buy the jar and replicate to your own designs.

I use the following Curry Paste my own pleasure to share.

One needs a spice grinder or a blender Nutribullet the best, prices vary.

There are five spices used in any Curry spice paste.

These are Cumin Coriander and Cinnamon.

Buy whole option or use ground, those.

Add in Turmeric, Paprika for colour.

This a Masala notice no chilli does not have to be.

Masala is used a base for the dish you wished to cook.

Curry recipes, not every Masala is the same some have Fennel Seeds some have Cloves basic ones mentioned.

Experiment.

Use a frying pan sear and add spices measure out.

Dry fry seconds add to spice grinder or blender.

Then can add other spices not every on likes Chilli could add Fennel Seeds, Cloves, Fenegreek.

To a oil use Sunflower or Rapeseed blitz up measure just a teaspoon oil.

Comes in to a paste, if you so wish add Garlic Onion Powder or add Garlic.

Add Tomato Puree matter of choice could add herbs dried Coriander if you wish to, your paste.

Add to ice cube trays to freeze.

When needing a hit of a Curry add to pan warm through use Kettle hot water makes it easy.

All Curries use water to prevent burning spices.

There are spice herb blends use for my own use no need to buy jars mixes.

Use a blender blitz up store in sealed containers . Tip make small amounts.

Italian herb seasoning.

One tablespoon of these.

Oregano, Thyme, Parsley, Sage, Fennel Seeds.

Mix with to taste when using Chilli flakes half teaspoon Garlic Powder Onion Powder.

Italian Spice rub and blend.

Onion Garlic Powder, Ground Coriander, Paprika, Oregano, Fennel Seeds. Use one tablespoon make a batch, use sparingly when applying please all spice rubs blends strong.

Add Salt, Pepper when using blender blitz up.

Add to olive oil mix with lemon juice bottle use with Meat great with Steaks Chicken and Pork.

Thank you all for the support and reading.

Hi MrRigatoni

I wonder if I should try fennel again - the thing is I don't seem to like that particular flavour, but I see you've mentioned it a few times in your posts, and so maybe I need to re-visit it. I've never tried to use it in my own cooking, only had it sometimes when eating out. Helpful to know what to combine the spices with. Thank you.
