It was very nice 😊

Can I be the one to ask the silly question? Was the pepper pre-cooked?

No i just put 3 eggs in a bowl and whisked them and added chopped pepper(it was a wonky red pepper so not quite as red as a normal one)and fresh Spinach πŸ™‚ i like to make things simple.

Hi Lilly1986, I usually make my omelettes with spinach, mixed herbs and Spring Onions. I haven't tried them with peppers. Why I never thought of that as I use peppers in lots of other dishes. I shall try it now as it looks lovely.

I usually use 2 eggs, a couple of spring onions, pinch of mixed herbs, pinch of salt and black pepper, spinach (sometimes I sprinkle some grated cheese on top) not too much as I am watching my cholesterol.

I enjoy adding some chopped up turkey. Board Head or other single lobe/whole breast turkey. It adds enormous flavor & a extra bit of protein to start

the day.

Not a fan of Turkey but thanks for the Suggestion πŸ™‚

Looks a great way to start the day Lilly
