After the talk of scrambled eggs yesterday I knew what I was gong to have this morning as I find others talking about their favourite breakfasts/foods inspiring and think I want some of that.
Unfortunately I cooked all my baby vine tomatoes last night with my hot chilli sauce so I had a scrambled egg with one slice of home baked gf brown bread some button mushrooms and a few of yesterdays roast potatoes lightly sautéed with the mushrooms.
Potatoes when re heated increases their resistant starch making them healthier so here's a link to the advantages of cooking and then cooling some foods/carbs to increase their resistant starch.
I think that the more knowledge we have to maker our diets even healthier and tastier is empowering.
