First time making soda bread today, wanted to try because it takes 5 mins to mix, 30 mins to bake, and only has four ingredients (Organic stoneground Wholemeal flour, buttermilk, bicarbonate of soda, and salt)
You are supposed to wait till it is fully cooled before slicing but we couldn’t wait, hungry and smelt good! Even my son who always chooses white over brown enjoyed it. Had mine with a little butter, feta cheese and tomatoes with black pepper.

Hey your soda bread looks so good, so we’ll done you I’m very impressed and it sounds delicious with Feta cheese and tomato, I had home made gf bread for lunch with cheese and tomato. I look forward to seeing more of baking.
