Just to go with our polls on sandwiches and fillings especially as todays is our favourite breads. I baked this earlier with white gluten free bread flour I usually use brown but white is lighter and rises better and I'm very pleased with this has risen and baked.
Here's the recipe:
350g gluten free white bread flour I used Doves farm.
350ml lukewarm water with a teaspoon of brown sugar and 2 heaped teaspoons of dried yeast left to wake up and go frothy on top.
1 Table spoon of olive oil, 1 tea spoon salt
2 large free range eggs.
75g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.
Mix thoroughly in a food processor and put in a large loaf tin allow to prove 35 mins and bake for 35mins 180C For a crusty white loaf and less for a softer crust.
Its turned cold so it was very nice having bread baking and the smell is very homely, so all good.
Hey thanks CBDB we have lots of gluten free recipes on here under Topics so you're in great company with us.
I like the sound of perfect for the weekend, so I hope that you enjoy your weekend. ๐
Iโm looking at the picture of your delicious loaf shortly after waking up this morning Jerry and dreaming of a slice with some Normandy butter and two lightly boiled eggs for my breakfast. Alas my breadโs going to be much more mundane!

Well thank you Sue and funnily enough I've just had some of my fresh bread with eggs for breakfast. ๐

That loaf was just begging to be made into soldiers for boiled eggs! ๐
Well, I made your bread and it turned out fabulous! So thank you! We had a fabulous lunch with this gorgeous bread. (I donโt get bread very often unless I bake it myself, as I just dont like the gluten-free bread in UK shops. Having said this, I have had some amazing gluten free bread in Denmark, as well as Finland)

Wow CBDB your bread looks amazing so nice one as you've got the texture just right, so I'm glad that you enjoyed your lunch.
I've heard that they have some interesting Gluten free bread in Scandinavia but yours looks much better. ๐
